We'll come right out with it - we don't have Account Managers. At Mission, you'll have the title Account Strategist because working with an account is so much more than management. We believe every member of the team can bring their marketing prowess and strategic thinking to the table.
You’re a driven individual who wants to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative environment. You’re looking to flex your marketing muscles by leading a project team through the creative process all while keeping your eye on the end goal. Your spirit animal is more Leslie Knope than Ron Swanson and nothing excites you more than progressing timelines and herding cats. For you, a task isn’t a problem, it’s an opportunity. You’re looking for something new and you’re about to find it.
We’re a collaborative, enthusiastic, creative, kooky bunch who thrive on effectiveness, results, and cold beer. From local to international, we partner with clients in the sports, arts, entertainment, education, destination, and non-profit industries and the typical client relationship is retained and well-maintained. We’re looking for our next Account Strategist who can take the start of an idea and see it all the way through with our talented team. We value passion above all; candidates must want to innovate, must be a team-player, and must leave ambivalence at the door.
You know the spiel: we offer medical, dental, and disability coverage, a retirement plan with company matching, paid time off, and the other standards. Here’s what sets us apart: education stipends and continued growth opportunities, wicked company events, paid parking at our downtown office, casual (and dog-friendly!) working environment, and more.
